----- GENERAL -----

  • Please attach the complete design reference for your character/s, additional details, and pose reference (can be doodles! Any visuals will help)

  • Descriptions are accepted, but please provide any references for specific details you need, and hopefully you'll trust my creative perspective in creating the output!

  • I will only illustrate based on MY STYLE and will decline any requests that need altering based on other artists' art style.

  • I usually use 2500-4000px with 350 dpi. Size varies due to commission type and subject detail. Larger canvas sizes will have additional charges.

----- PAYMENTS & REFUNDS -----

  • I accept payments through PayPal, Wise, GCash, and VGen

  • NO REFUNDS or cancellations once payments are made.

  • Once I start the commission and complete it afterwards, you are no longer able to ask for a refund.

  • You may only request a refund if I have not delivered my services or contacted you within 3 months, or if there are no progress updates on Trello.

  • Any cancelled commissions after the line art is already finished may warrant a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee depends on how far into the process I already am at the time of cancellation and the time spent on the piece so far.

  • Prices listed are base prices; they will increase depending on the complexity of the piece/character design, details, and props/items. We can discuss the final pricing before the commission, if needed.

----- PROCESS -----

  • SKETCH: I will update you with a colored sketch for revisions (5 max)

  • BASE COLOR: After confirming the colored sketch, I will proceed with the lineart and base color and update you once done for

  • MINOR revisions (2 max)

  • RENDERING: This is when I deliver the final output (no revisions)

  • Additional charges will apply for exceeding revisions.

----- DEADLINES AND DELIVERY -----

  • I draw at my own pace as I do not want to rush the drawing and give my best, so do keep in mind when commissioning me. Illustrations normally take 2-4 weeks (up to a month at most), depending on the design and details.

  • Please no sudden rushing unless you've specified beforehand that it is needed before a deadline. I will not accept sudden hard deadlines.

  • I will provide regular updates, such as when I have finished your sketch, and when starting the rendering phase.

  • I will sketch all client requests depending on their queueing position. Same for the final rendering after sketch confirmations.

  • Bear in mind that I may skip to sketching the next client's request if I receive no response to the updates within 24 hours.

----- COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY -----

♦ The commissioner can post my art freely and/ use it as a profile picture icon, as long as it's with proper credits.
♦ The commissioner cannot use any art of mine for commercial purposes or edit the art without my permission. My art is for personal non-profit use only.
♦ Any commercial usage of my work is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances, and assume that my permission was not given if my work is used as such. This includes but is not limited to: Physical merchandise, NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens), and any cryptocurrency
♦ CANNOT use for any form of promotion/streaming/ads and resell in any form such as merchandise.COMMERCIAL USE (Streamers and Influencers)
♦ DO NOT claim the work as your own
♦ DO NOT sell/resell any artwork as merchandise
♦ Commercial Use does not have the restrictions of Personal Use. However, please give proper credit when due.
